Summit Registration Refund BENEFIT prograM

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To provide peace of mind, your Filipina Leadership Global Summit attendee and exhibitor registration now includes Summit Registration Refund Protection.

This protection provides a 100% refund of your total registration fees if you are unable to attend the 2026 Filipina Summit in Monaco for a covered reason. Additional special event tickets, All-Access summit registration/s for your guest/s, tour packages, auction items, books, publications, FWN brand items, and other purchases made via the official Summit registration website may also be refundable.

Coverage begins on the day you register and extends right through the Filipina Summit’s first event date.

Should you be unable to attend the event for any of the following reasons you may be eligible for a full refund of your registration fees.

  • Unexpected illness or injury

  • Adverse weather

  • Transportation issues

  • Work Related Issues - Fired / Relocation / Remain at Office

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to the refund website. 

You may request a refund should you be unable to attend the Summit for any of the circumstances outlined in:

 

Summit Registration Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also choose to transfer your Summit and hotel registrations to another attendee. A 20% transfer fee will be assessed. To transfer your registration:

  • Summit Fees: Email your transfer request to filipina@ffwn.org with person's name and contact info 40 days BEFORE first day of the Filipina Summit official dates or FWN event date/s published.

    Hotel Reservations: Email your transfer request to filipina@ffwn.org for the exact hotel dates (check-in and check-out dates) with person's name and contact info 40 days BEFORE hotel check-in date.

If FWN awardee/member transfers registration to a NON-member, the NON-member must:

  1. Pay the difference of the member and NON-member fees at time of transfer, or

  2. Become an FWN member at time of transfer. If registration is discounted, the difference in current fees will be applied.
