Request for FWN Support Letter for Visa Application, Government, or Corporate Clearance

Please make sure you have read the relevant information about the country’s visa requirements before completing this form.

Eligible Applicants

Individuals requesting a Letter of Invitation to the Filipina Leadership Global Summit and other events must:

Be an FWN awardee/member in good standing.
Be registered for the Filipina Leadership Global Summit as Full-Access, a requirement for visa application.
Proof of hotel reservation. Add your hotel room reservation during the summit registration process.
Proof of roundtrip airfare ticket.
Femtees, family members, and colleagues may be issued a Visa Letter of Invitation if fully registered for the summit and they accompany a registered FWN Awardee/Member. Each accompanying individual has to fill out the form as their passport information is required.

Purpose and Content of the Letter

Visa Letters of Invitation to FWN events may be issued to validate your participation and attendance. These letters may also support an individual’s request for a company or governmental clearance to attend the Filipina Summit.

Apply for a visa at least 3 months before travel. Visa Processing time: 15 calendar days; Up to 45–60 days during peak season. Apply earliest: 6 months before.

A Visa Letter of Invitation issued by FWN will:

Be addressed directly to the individual requesting the invitation
Include the name, date, and location of the FWN event
Indicate the individual’s responsibility for all expenses related to her participation in the FWN Summit (including Full-Access Summit Registration and Hotel Reservations at the FWN official hotel, travel, insurance, and other incidental expenses.
Be signed by an authorized FWN officer

Requests for Visa Letters of Invitation will be accepted until 15 July. If you cannot obtain a visa or have any other travel-related circumstances, the FFWN Summit Registration Refund & Transfer Policies apply.

Delivery of Visa Letter of Invitation

There are 2 Letters issued by FFWN and delivered by email to the individual applicant:
- A Visa Letter of Invitation to the individual applicant.
- A Letter to the country’s embassy or consulate where the individual applicant resides to be included in the country’s visa application packet.
Approved requests will be processed within one week of receipt of the application and have completed the requirements as stated.

Disclaimer

FFWN reserves the right to decline any request for a Visa Letter of Invitation. If FWN declines a request, FFWN will not assess the $25 processing fee.

FFWN does not influence an individual's visa application and is not responsible for the outcome of an individual's visa application.

NOTE:

Visa Letter Invitation Request processing fees and related shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Summit registration fees are non-refundable if you cancel for visa reasons but may be transferred to another delegate.
