The DISRUPT Filipina Leadership Book Series –  An FWN notable project is the publication of its Filipina women leadership book series. The book project aims to fill the gap that is lacking in the leadership literature worldwide including the unique leadership qualities of Filipina women. FWN's goal is to inspire next-generation Filipina leaders and reach out to Filipina women and girls in schools and universities worldwide to make them aware that there are women leaders who look like them and have developed leadership models on how to succeed in the global workplace.

DISRUPT. Filipina Women: Proud. Loud. Leading Without a Doubt. - The first book was launched in 2014 in Manila, Philippines. Authors share riveting stories about leader identity, power and influence, and victories over domestic violence, incarceration, poverty, discrimination, harassment

DISRUPT 2.0. Filipina Women: Daring to Lead. - The second book was launched in 2016 in Cebu, Philippines. Authors write about chaos, crisis, and overcoming personal challenges yet emerging as leaders in their professions and industries

DISRUPT 3.0. Filipina Women: Rising. - The third book was launched in September 2018 at the 15th Filipina Leadership Global Summit in London, United Kingdom. Selected authors wrote about "failing up" - ‘the biggest ‘mistakes’ or ‘failures’ as leaders and learning from the experience catapulting them to success.

DISRUPT 4.0. Filipina Women: Being. - The fourth book was launched in October 2022 at the 18th Filipina Leadership Global Summit in Lisbon, Portugal. With the rise of anti-Asian hate, this book's authors provide a deep understanding of their struggles in bridging Filipino and global cultures in the workplace. The stories center around three themes: Liberation, Transformation, and Change.
