Request for FWN Support Letter for Visa Application, Government, or Corporate Clearance
Please make sure you have read the relevant information about the country’s visa requirements before completing this form.
Eligible Applicants
Individuals requesting a Letter of Invitation to the Filipina Leadership Global Summit and other events must:
Be an FWN awardee/member in good standing.
Be registered for the Filipina Leadership Global Summit Full-Access, a requirement for visa application. Register for the Filipina Summit.
Proof of hotel reservation. Add your hotel room reservation during the summit registration process.
Proof of roundtrip airfare ticket.
Travel insurance is required to visit the Czech Republic.
Femtees, family members, and colleagues may be issued a Visa Letter of Invitation if fully registered for the summit and accompany a registered FWN Awardee/Member.
Purpose and Content of the Letter
Visa Letters of Invitation to FWN events may be issued to validate your participation and attendance. These letters may also be used to support an individual’s request for a company or governmental clearance to attend the event.
A Visa Letter of Invitation issued by FWN will:
Be addressed directly to the individual requesting the invitation
Include the name, date, and location of the FWN event
Indicate the individual’s responsibility for all expenses related to her participation in the FWN event (including Full-Access Summit Registration and Hotel Reservations at the FWN official hotel, travel, and other expenses like travel insurance, etc.)
Be signed by an authorized FWN officer
Requests for Visa Letters of Invitation will be accepted until 10 September. If you are unable to obtain a visa or have any other travel-related circumstances, the FWN event registration cancellation policy applies.
Delivery of Visa Letter of Invitation
There are 2 Letters issued by FFWN and delivered by email to the individual applicant:
A Visa Letter of Invitation to the individual applicant.
A Letter to the country’s embassy or consulate where the individual applicant resides to be included in the country’s visa application packet.
Approved requests will be processed within one week of receipt of the application and have completed the requirements as stated.
Disclaimer
FWN reserves the right to decline any request for a Visa Letter of Invitation. If FWN declines a request, the $25 processing fee will not be assessed by FWN.
FWN has no influence on an individual's visa application and is not responsible for the outcome of an individual's visa application.
Please note: In the event that your visa application is denied, the FWN cancellation/transfer policy applies ONLY if declined notice documentation from your embassy is provided to FWN before 10 September.

This policy applies to all registrations and tickets purchased regardless of when purchased. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Filipina Summit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
Ads, Letters of Visa Letter Invitation Request processing fees, and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Additional special-fee event tickets, hotel/tour packages, auction items, books, publications, FFWN brand items, and other purchases made during the Summit are FINAL and non-refundable.
Transfer Policy for Filipina Summit fees:
Email your transfer request to filipina@ffwn.org with the person's name /contact info BEFORE 10 September.
If an FWN awardee/member transfers registration to a NONmember, the NONmember must:
Pay the difference between the awardee/member and NONmember price at the time of transfer, OR
Become an FWN Affiliate Member at the time of transfer, if not a current member.
If registration is discounted, the difference in current fees will be applied.
A 30% transfer fee will be assessed.
