The Filipina Leadership Global Summit is the annual conference for women of Philippine heritage. I want to attend the summit to further my education, professional development, networking, and collaboration with fellow Filipina women professionals from many countries. My participation is critical to bringing new ideas and approaches to further our organization’s diversity and inclusion goals. I request approval to attend. 

#FWNSummit2023 features learning sessions covering a breadth of topics on the state of the world for women of color, from entrepreneurship, getting appointed to civic commissions or task forces, career advancement for women of color, and international business as well as topics on leadership, communications, health, and education. 

Keynotes, caucuses, Learning Journeys, and networking events are throughout the week. I’ll gain practical skills in inclusion and diversity practices. Meeting with fellow Filipina women professionals in different professions and industries can teach me solutions to everyday issues and strengthen my professional development.
