The group will board air-conditioned coaches that will take them on a leisurely drive passing through scenic countryside of thick nipa palms, coconut plantations and mahogany forest going to the town of Carmen. Visit the Tarsier Sanctuary and trek through its natural habitat. The group will meet Mr. Carlito Pizarras, the tarsier hero who has dedicated his life to protecting the tarsiers.

Move onwards to the Chocolate Hills. Go up to the highest point to view the Chocolate Hills, consisting of 1,268 haycock hills with heights ranging from 40-120 meters. During the summer, the dome-shaped grass-covered limestone hills dry up and turn brown transforming the area into rows and rows of chocolate “kisses”.

After the treat, board a river raft and enjoy a typical Boholano country lunch while cruising the Loboc River. These river rafts, where colorful Menarini-branded buntings will be placed, are actually restuarants that consist of two banka-hulls, over which a large wooden platform is placed. On this platform, numerous tables are placed, and a band plays music. As the boat takes of, the buffet begins. On the middle table all kinds of Philippine delicacies are presented – lechon, fresh seafood, and while eating, you can enjoy the lush green landscape slowly sliding along your table. Life along the river side goes on as it must have done for centuries, with children swimming, people passing by in small bankas or canoes. On certain points along the trip, daring kids climb in a large coconut tree overhanging the river, and jump in the water very close to the floating restaurant.

After lunch, return to the resort. En route, drive by the Baclayon Church & Musem and the marker commemorating Sikatuna and Legaspi’s blood compact – the first diplomatic agreement ever to take place in the history of the Philippines.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant while enjoying the view of the volcano. After lunch, proceed to Taal Town.
